Question by Help: What are the best at home kits for teeth whitening?
i really don’t want to spend a lot of money on a product that will leave my teeth overly sensitive or won’t work at all.

My mother uses baking soda. Yeah, it does sound a little wacky, but here’s what you do:
When you’re about to brush your teeth, add a tiny bit of baking soda on the brush with the tooth paste. Brush your teeth.
mix baking soda with water until it’s pasty, you need it thick enough to put on ur toothbrush. mix it in a bowl and then put it in something that has a pump.if you don’t have that leave it in a Tupperware container and seal it and put it in the fridge. it doesn’t taste that great but it works. use it once a day.
well im 11 years old and ever since i was 10 my mom made me use baking soda. it really does help..i noticed a HUGE difference from last year to this year from looking at pictures.it may taste gross…but its well worth it..hope this helps :]

I’ve had similar concerns about teeth whitening products as well. My first experience with the baking soda remedy took a lot of time and really didn’t whiten my teeth as much as I hoped for.

The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.
As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.
